Returns + Exchanges

Returns can be made free of charge within 14 days of receiving the delivery (return must be shipped by day 14). The package may be opened upon receipt but all items must be returned unused (in the same condition as when received). All original packaging must also be returned unused. Items returned after 14 days of receiving the delivery will be sent back to the customer. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Place the items in the original boxes. If the original outer box is not available, a similar sized box must be used.

  2. Complete the return form and place it inside the box.

  3. To proceed with your return, please contact us via e-mail to inform us about your return or exchange, so we can register your return order. Please note any identified items that have not been registered and delivered to us will be send back to its sender.

  4. You can use your preferred shipping method to send your return package but we highly recommend to use a tracked one to avoid any loss.

Please retain a copy of your return receipt from your courier company in case anything should happen during the return process.

We process returns within 5 working days of receiving them unless we need more information from you. Please note that your return may be affected during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sale and new releases). All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.

In case of a product defect, please send an image of the defect to info@betolazastudio.com.

We offer exchanges for “change of mind” however the outlined returns process must be followed accordingly. We are unable to accept any changes that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition, all items must be in original condition, unused and with tags on.

We are unable to exchange items purchased on sale, custom made or made to order, this includes discount codes and flash sales.

All shipping costs relating to an exchange or returned item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
